We have again set aside Sunday, June 22nd, as an NSA workday with many committee meetings scheduled on Sunday with no other content. Other agenda highlights
Welcome Reception on the show floor will be Monday after the General Session
Awards Luncheon will recognize our award winners on Tuesday after the show floor closes
NSA TALKS will be back with the curated 18-minute sessions in the NSA booth
DEMO DEN will also be back and can be found in the NSA booth as well

- General Session, Monday, June 23th from 3:00 – 5:00 pm
- Welcome Reception, Monday, June 23th from 5:30 – 7:00 pm. All exhibitors and registered conference attendees are invited and encouraged to attend.
- Awards Luncheon, Tuesday, June 24th from 12:30 – 2:00 pm
- Final Night Reception and President’s Banquet, Thursday, June 26th from 6:00 – 9:00 pm (additional purchase)
NSA REGISTRATION INFORMATION
REGISTRATION FEES
Each paid full attendee registration includes admission to all exhibits, general sessions, the Welcome Reception on the show floor, seminars, Tuesday morning coffee and donuts on the show floor, Tuesday Awards Luncheon, and Wednesday Lunch in the hall. Registration by June 16 to be sure you receive your meal tickets, registration after that is not guaranteed
Payment or purchase order must accompany each registration form for the registration to be processed. NSA members receive a discount on registration. Include your membership number on the registration form to be eligible for this discount. If you are not currently an NSA member and would like to qualify for the discount, call NSA at 800-424-7827, ext. 201, for membership information or go online to www.sheriffs.org.

ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR PURCHASE
Register for any of the following additional tickets when you register. No meal function tickets will be available for purchase after June 15 or onsite.
AWARDS LUNCHEON
The Awards Luncheon, during which the NSA awards will be announced, will be held Tuesday, June 24. cost is $60 per person.
PRAYER BREAKFAST
The Prayer Breakfast will be held from 8:00am – 8:45am on Tuesday, June 24. The cost is $20 per person.
WORSHIP SERVICE
A Worship Service will be held from 9:00am – 10:00am on Tuesday, June 24, and is open to all registered conference attendees.
SPOUSES’ BRUNCH
The Spouses’ Brunch will be held Monday, June 23, at 9:00am and is open to spouses and children. Tickets are included in all spouse/child registration.
ANNUAL PRESIDENT’S RECEPTION AND BANQUET
The annual reception and banquet, during which the new NSA president is installed, will be held Thursday evening, June 26. Purchase of a separate banquet ticket is required to attend.
TRAINING SESSIONS
Training Sessions are separate registrations, are 4, 8 or 16-hours sessions, and should not be confused with the seminars held as part of the conference. To register for a Training Session, select the Training option on the landing page. For all Training attendees, transportation, housing, and meals are the responsibility of the participant. All Training will be held at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.
FLETC HOMELAND SECURITY LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (DHSLA) CERTIFICATION
Monday, June 23rd, from 9:00am to 1:00pm and Tuesday, June 24th, from 1:00pm to 5:00pm
The Department of Homeland Security Leadership Academy (DHSLA) is the result of a shared vision of FLETC and the National Sheriffs’ Association (NSA), to establish a professional development venue for state, local and tribal law enforcement leaders to explore contemporary issues impacting homeland security and law enforcement operations and better prepare state and local law enforcement leaders (present and future), for complex, inter jurisdictional active shooter/mass casualty events, as well as other homeland security related challenges facing law enforcement leadership. This training is designed for command staff and other state, local, and tribal law enforcement leadership. The 8-hour follow-up training session at NSA’s Annual Conference, plus the two-week program at FLETC, results in a Homeland Security Certification issued by NSA. It is FREE but you must register.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to NSA, 1450 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314; faxed (703-838-5349), or e-mailed (cancellations@sheriffs.org).
It may take up to 90 days to process a refund for registration cancellations.
Cancellation requests postmarked or fax/e-mail dated on or before May 12, 2025 will be fully refunded minus a $25 administration fee.
A 50% penalty will be assessed on cancellation requests postmarked or fax/e-mail dated May 13, 2025 – June 12, 2025.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests on or after June 13, 2025.
No refunds will be given for no-shows.
Registrations may be transferred to another person in your organization.
The Cancellation Policy is subject to change.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
All hotel accommodations must be arranged through Orchid Event. We prefer that you register before booking your hotel room. You will receive a link to making hotel accommodations after you register for the event.
DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECLTY TO BOOK YOUR ROOMS. This will only delay the processing of your hotel reservation. If you are contacted directly via email from anyone offering to help you book, they are a housing pirate, and you will not be in our block. If you book with them, you lose any cancellation protections that NSA contracts provide to our attendees who book within our block.
Sheriffs: Check with your State Sheriffs’ Association concerning a room block for your state.
